Career Timeline
My career journey began in 1997 in the dental field. At just 19 years old, I earned my dental assistant certification while working full-time. By the age of 20, I had already taken on leadership responsibilities as an Office Manager, overseeing a 15-person team and managing HR, billing, credentialing, and patient relations.
In 2001, I followed another passion and transitioned into the fitness industry, becoming a Group Fitness Coordinator. I managed over 20 instructors and increased class attendance by 40% through creative scheduling and grassroots marketing efforts.
By 2008, I had returned to school to pursue a degree in Business Marketing — and at the same time, joined Dartmouth Health. Over the next several years, I worked across the full spectrum of care: in the Intensive Care Nursery, as a Hospital Operator calling codes and coordinating emergencies, as a Deceased Patient Coordinator supporting physicians and managing state reporting, and later as a Marketing Assistant, where I saw firsthand how communication could empower patients. These experiences taught me how deeply trust, clarity, and compassion matter — from life’s very first moments to its most difficult endings.
In 2010, I transitioned into the nonprofit sector as a Resource Coordinator, achieving a 35% increase in ROI through strategic fundraising and digital outreach. Around that time, I also began freelancing as a web developer and digital strategist, helping small businesses integrate websites, email, and social media into their growth strategies.
After earning my BA in 2012 and completing my MS in IT with a focus on Web Design in 2016, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, I joined Bio X Cell as a Digital Strategist. There, I overhauled the website, launched full-scale digital campaigns, and improved lead conversions by 60%, which led to my promotion to Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing distributor and vendor teams worldwide.
In 2017, I returned to Dartmouth — this time at the Geisel School of Medicine. I trained faculty and staff in digital accessibility, content management, and SEO. I built tutorials, managed WordPress Multisite environments, and supported the school’s shift toward user-centered design and digital transformation.
From 2022 to 2025, I also served as Marketing Webmaster at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where I led UX optimization, SEO, and WCAG compliance across enterprise-scale web platforms. I created training materials for a 27-member marketing team, streamlined performance through analytics and A/B testing, and elevated accessibility standards across the ecosystem. When the environment became unsustainable, I was grateful to have Geisel as a steady anchor, allowing me to step away while continuing meaningful, mission-driven work.
Throughout this journey, I’ve stayed grounded — as a yoga teacher, a mentor, and a believer in the intersection of wellness, accessibility, and technology. Today, I continue to expand into AI-driven design, search, and automation, blending creativity and strategy to create more inclusive and human digital experiences.
